What are the shipping and Handling costs?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. Given our products are high-end and often made-to-order, we are unable to provide refunds for online or in-store orders.
We do offer store credit and exchange options if your order is returned within 30 days of purchasing, with a receipt. Products must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Items must be in their original packaging and in the exact condition in which they were received. A receipt is required for exchanges or store credit.
The original charge for shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges are not guaranteed as products can be in high demand or out of stock.
