Domestic Shipping & Handling

Where We Deliver
We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. We can also deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid delivery address for each order.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Standard Shipping: On orders of $175 USD or more.

  • Priority Mail (2–3 business days): $9.95 USD.

  • Priority Mail Express (Overnight): $15 USD.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed by midnight (Monday–Saturday) ship the following day.

  • Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.

All orders are shipped via USPS, our trusted carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Because our shoes are high-end and often made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for online or in-store purchases.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Free Exchanges & Returns: We’ll provide a free prepaid shipping label.

  • Eligibility: Orders returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt qualify for store credit or exchange only.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging in the same condition received.

  • Availability: Exchanges depend on product availability and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping labels are free when returning for store credit or exchange.

Exclusions

  • No returns, exchanges, or credits on made-to-order or sale items.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Online: Email customerservice@shoewarehousenaples.com to request a return or exchange. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

  • In-Store: Bring your item(s) and receipt to Shoe Warehouse Naples, and our team will assist you.
