CUSTOM ARCH SUPPORT

Here at Shoe Warehouse we can create customized arch supports for your feet. With our contact digitizer, we measure the entire plantar surface of the foot giving us precise data to make the best fitting orthotics available. 

After creating a scan profile of each of your feet we can then take that data to our CNC milling machine where it precisely carves out the impression of your foot. This data is saved to your customer profile so that you can re-order from us anytime. After removing the orthotic from the mill it is then inspected and touched up by hand to ensure a quality product. All of our orthotics are created using a medium density EVA elostomeric polymer which is "rubber like" in softness and flexibility. It is also extremely durable. 

Our custom orthotics are available for $299 and usually available within 1-2 days.
